The location proved convenient, with access to my destinations. The staff acted helpfully, kindly and they were friendly, especially in accommodating my needs as a disabled guest. Their assistance was very reassuring.
I noted some mould in the showers. A minor issue, it detracted slightly from an otherwise very satisfactory stay. A restaurant would significantly enhance guest convenience.

slow drainchlorine smell
the shower in the one bedroom suite i had did not drain quickly. water pooled around my feet. it wasnt very pleasant. the bath mat also seemed a little thin and worn. there was also a faint smell of chlorine in the hallways. this wasn't a big deal, but noticable.

They made it easy to access the high floors. The reception team provided awesome service. The concierge staff were very attentive.
I found a slight delay in getting assistance with my luggage upon arrival, but it was quickly resolved.

The kitchen includes a microwave oven, an induction cooktop, and a dishwasher. It also provides a full set of equipment. I found a washing machine with complimentary laundry detergent, making laundry incredibly easy!!!

The reception staff was exceptionally efficient. The service provided was quick and helpful. I was particularly impressed with their high level of responsiveness and willingness to assist with all requests.

the front desk employees were very nice to me.
i stayed on level 31. double glazing did not fully block out street noise at night so i could hear commotion below on a couple of nights. my family and i stayed for eight days. the apartment had not been cleaned properly. shelves, carpet, headboards, and wardrobes all had a thick layer of dust.
